Holiday Clubs
Our 'Holiday Clubs' allow children to be free and enjoy their amazing environment.
The sessions are child-led with lots of adult support to allow children to explore, build, make, climb and anything else they wish to do.
Please note: If your child has additional needs or requires additional support at school. Please get in touch before booking. We will require extra information in order to ensure we are able to safely support your child. Please see the Special Educational needs information. We must be able to keep your child and other children safe.
The sessions are from 9.15am to 3.45pm, please collect your child on time.
We support children when doing riskier activities such as fire lighting, tool work or climbing trees and teach them how to do these things in a safe way.
Children have a great time and often come back year after year.
Unlike other Holiday clubs we have a very good staff to children ratios, approximately 1:5!
The Holiday Club sessions are for children age 5 up to age 12. #
The cost of the sessions are £37. If high winds or extreme weather is forecast we will cancel the session and reschedule when possible.
DISCOUNTS Discount of 10% for all children and their siblings who attended Into The Ark Nursery or Home Ed setting (please get in touch for the code) 10% sibling discount please use the code 'siblingdiscount23' (only to be used for siblings booking on together) 10% discount when booking 5 sessions or more (you will be required to transfer the cost of 5 sessions minus 10% which is £162, we will then issue you a voucher code to book on the sessions). Only 1 discount will be applied at a time
PAYMENTS Payments may be made through the booking system below, childcare vouchers, TFC or standing order. We are registered with all 'Childcare Voucher' providers. Payments through childcare vouchers or TFCC must be made before we can issue a voucher code. Refunds for events or clubs will be given when 7 days or more notice has been given. No refunds are offered when you cancel one of the discounted session or pay via vouchers, but we will offer alternative dates where possible. TFCC or vouchers can be used for payment. Those wishing to use Vouchers/TFCC to pay for the sessions 1. Choose how many sessions you want to book and check there are spaces available, contact us for the total cost if needed. 2. Contact us with your childs details and the voucher company you are paying through. 3. Pay via childcare vouchers or TFC 4. We will then confirm when we have received the payment. 5. Once we receive payment we will issue you with a code to book on with. Check your eligibility on www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
Gift Vouchers Purchase the perfect gift for a child you know. These vouchers can be used to purchase a space on one of our holiday clubs and will last 12 months from purchase. They must only be bought for a child aged between 5 and 11. If the child has additional need and requires more support within school please get in touch first to check that we will be able to supprt them safely. Once booked the session is transfereable to another date if you need to cancel for any reason (7 days notice required). Once you have purchased the voucher we will send you an email with the voucher code on.
